![]() | Awakening MeditationsThese meditations are designed to bring your being into totality. Some weeks these meditations involve with an initial activity (Osho Active meditations) chanting, dancing, shaking then gently bringing the body and mind to rest in silence where no effort is needed and meditation happens by itself. Songs of AwakeningAn open format musical/singing group. From Bajans and Kirtans to Native American Chants come along and join in, bang a drum, shake a rattle, offer a song or your voice. A wonderful occassion to share eachother's womanly wisdom, play, sing, dance, cry, be honest, be real, be free! The aim of this group is to support each other in our individual growth as women in the community & in doing so help the growth of everything we're involved in & the community as a whole.
